No Start Help Tucson

Wondering if anyone with a scanner would be willing to help me out in Tucson?

Here's the basics:
-2001 F350
-200K
-DP tuner
-had a hard start issue this winter but the truck would start after a few cycles, it's been sitting for about a month, decided to drive it to work. Started right up, let it warm up in the drive about 5 min. Got a very harsh "stutter" at about 1/4 mile, came right back, went about another 1/4 mile and complete stall. Just like i shut the key off.
I thought no problem, just lost a CPS. Got it back home, borrowed a cheap code reader and sure enough, code was CPS failure. Replaced CPS (BWD)and still no start.
-Reread the codes and the CPS code is now clear
-disconnect ICP - no start.
-ICP did have very small amount of oil in plug
-replaced both batteries because they were getting old - no start.
-fuel bowl full of fuel

Looking for recommendations on where to look next. Is it possible that the ICP is the problem. I thought the truck would start with the ICP disconnected if it failed. Maybe a bad new CPS. Would the code go away and I still could be having a problem with the CPS?
-Talked to DP tuner and was told that if I am getting a program # on the switch it's not the tuner.

Thanks in advance
Justin
