Did the rear suspension change a bit?

I could have sworn my 2000 and 2008 had u-bolts with nuts pointing up. My 2013 has the u-bolts pointing downward?

Am I losing my mind or did they change slightly? I have factory helpers and a 4 inch block, all new in the box I was going to put on my 2013, but I am thinking they may have changed things.

Superduties since 1999 and I can't remember what the 2000, 2007, and 2008 had LOL
