New to the forum looking for a little advice. I am looking at a 84 250 with the 6.9 runs smooth and shifts smooth heck air even works. Looks decent has typical rust on fenders but overall fair shape. I think I can get truck for $1500 maybe a bit less. The issue I have is it has a wobble in front end tie rod ends I'm certain so no big deal. Big issue is I know they have issues with the block heater and cracking. Guy told me it has a small crack and was leaking at times I couldn't see any leaking at all so is this something I should worry about I'm new to diesels so I'm not sure what to do I really like truck but crack kinda scares me?
