blackstone oil report? Bad?

I think I attatched my oil report, if it does not show up I will try again.
My truck in in the shop for HG's oil cooler, and egr delete. I took this sample right before it went into the shop right at 5000 miles. I was losing coolant through the HG's or EGR, but I don't know what to think about this report. I might call blackstone to get a better idea.

Can my HG's or or EGE leak cause this type oil report?
