Weak starting even when warmed.

I saw the hard starting thread below but dont think I'm having the same problem.
History:
Gas pedal was intermittently going dead so I removed my edge programmer.

Took it back to dealership and hooked it up and got a code p0606 KAM error code. So they cleared codes and reflashed PCM using PMI.

So now it runs fine but without the Edge programmer it drives like a slug.

Now today a new problem:
When I start truck, it sounds like its trying to kick over but dies. This happens with about two to three turns of the key and then it weakly kicks over.

What could this be?
