I have a 1999 F250 7.3 4X4. It has auto and manual locking hubs. I was at the beach and almost got stuck in the sand because my Hubs would not lock. I figured it was just another vacuum leak to the hub and I would fix it later. I hopped out and locked the hubs manually and it still would not lock. The proper lights on the dash came on for 4 hi and lo, but the front wouldn't engage. I apologize if this has been answered 100 times, but all I found was regarding auto hubs, or manual hubs that would not unlock. Any help troubleshooting? I really like when things just work, that is why I bought a Ford.
