Hit a deer now the batteries drain themselves?

Two weeks ago I was unfortunate enough on the way to Destin, FL to hit a deer in AL. The Ex was drivable, but the front bumper looked center-punched. No fluid leaks but the PS cooler and the AC condenser were mangled along with the grille and fog lights. The airbags did not deploy.

While we were in FL, I noticed the batteries got so low after it sat two days that it would barely start. Now we're home in TN and after being at the body shop having the bumpers painted, they were dead again.

I took it to the battery shop today thinking my batteries were bad. Since they were low they charged them then checked them. They tested fine. Then they attached the Excursion and even with everything off, there was a power draw. Any ideas what could be drawing down the batteries? They mentioned maybe a body "module" from the crash, but they aren't dealers so they really weren't sure.
