So I have a 2006 F250 PSD XL 2wd.. 1920.000 miles. Recently i started to notice my degas bottle getting low a lot.. like a gallon low. I pulled my EGR and cleaned it, noticed it was a little "gummy", being new to this i didn't know what that meant until i looked it up. Then i noticed it dripping diesel?? I don't have a real good sense of smell so I always thought it was just water. I just changed to oil a 1000 miles ago, added in Archoil too. AMAZING stuff right there. I have a SCT x3 and i scan it every few days, it throws a new code all the time. I've gotten P0275, P069, P2291 and another saying Cyl 3 unbalanced or something. And one day it said cy 6 was unbalanced but it went away. So I'm thinking my HPOP is toast, EGR cooler cracked, and injector in cyl 3 is dying (Real bad cold starts, chugs like a train no joke. Sometimes my girlfriend goes chooo chooo when i start it).
Any tips, tricks, hints, etc would be most gracious. Please, this truck is killing me and my wallet.. Really my only means of transportation other than my motorcycle, but that bike is another story by itself.
