Looking for expert help, dealer disconnected wire

So, upon coming back from the dealer to do a inspection on my truck, I popped the hood and noticed a disconnected wire!

Being new to this engine, I have no clue what it is, does, or why it's now disconnected. Can anyone identify and point out what this wire is and where it should be connected to?

By my untrained eye, it looks like it connects from a relay to another relay, but (again), I'm a novice.
