Accessory racks in 5th wheel mounting holes?

Hi,

I'm looking at several 2015s, about ready to pull the trigger. I've been ignoring any trucks that have the fifth wheel prep package, because of the pre-drilled holes in the bed.

But then I got to thinking; maybe there are racks available that can mount in the fifth wheel holes. For example tire racks, bicycle racks, etc...

I've done some searching but haven't found anything yet. Does anyone know of a source for accessory racks that might mount in the fifth wheel hitch mounting holes? Is there any reason that this couldn't work?

If there's a ready supply of those, that would make the fifth wheel prep package a desirable feature for me rather than an annoyance.
