2003 excursion
This truck takes 3 attempts to start every morning. Doesn’t make any difference if key starting or remote starting (the remote starter is of course programmed with the glow plug delay as shown in video).

The truck had all the injectors and the fuel pressure regulator replace by the dealership in Jan 2014 with a 2 year warranty. I am attempting to avoid having to pay $90 every time I need something diagnosed.
I thought for sure it would be a glow plug controller but I can see it turning on with the scanner and I also swapped it out with my 2005 truck and it did not change anything.
I purchased the AE software with the Ford bundle to attempt some of my own diagnosis and shows the following:
Glow plug control time 51.4
Glow plug indicator 1
Glow plug lamp time 4.3
FICM main power 48 – 48.5
FICM logic power 11.5 – 12
FICM information for sync 1
FICM vehicle power 12 – 12.5
Fuel pump 99.98
RPM’s 640 (average)
Injector control pressure 780 – 797
Injector control pressure desired 780 – 793
Injector control pressure volts 1 – 1.15
Injector control pressure regulator % 27.73
Shows the following codes under Enhanced Powertrain CAN:
P0404 Exhaust gas recirculation circuit range / performance
P0405 Exhaust gas recirculation sensor A circuit low
P0611 Fuel injector control module performance
P0677 Cylinder 7 glow plug circuit
Can you all tell anything from these numbers that might help, or what else do I need to check?

Also, I just located the hard start pinned thread and printed it out. I'll go through the list and your suggestions as soon as I can get back into it.
The P0677 Cylinder 7 glow plug circuit stands out. I haven't gotten to pull anything out looking for loose or chaffed wires yet. If that's an issue I could use advice on where to look.
