Installing a turbo, couple of Q's

Hello, I'm in the middle of installing a factory turbo kit on my N/A 1991 7.3 with the wastegated garett turbo.

First of all, Ive read that I have to have to relocate the GP controller. I have the turbo installed and the controller isn't in the way. Will the controller get too hot in the stock position? And if I do need to move it, where should i put it? I don't have the factory turbo valve covers or wiring harness.

Next, I'll need to reinstall my pyrometer. Anywhere pre-turbo is fine, correct? I don't want to put a hole in the manifold so I'm thinking y-pipe.

Now for the CDR valve, can I use the timing cover inspection panel to draw a breather from? I seem to remember banks did this rather than vent from the valve covers.

And last question, does anyone have a part number or link to a V-band that will work to connect the downpipe to the turbo?
