4x4 decal part number

Does anyone know the part number for the 4x4 decals? I had a brand new bed painted and put it on, would like to put the 4x4 decals on, 2000 F250 in sig. Dark teal in color, code R2 if it matters. Im coming up with 4L3Z-9925622-EAC. They show umpteen different combinations for the last letters for different colors, a little confused on that.

The old one looks kinda light gray with horizontal shadow lines going off to the right.
