rear duel shock mounts!

Have a 2002 f350 4wd, has 8inch of lift. front has dual mounts already but the rear only has single mounts (bought the truck like that a couple years ago). Shocks are leakin oil pretty bad so time to change em! Anyway I need a dual shock mount for the back so I can have 4 in the back as well as the front. My googlefoo must be off because I cant seem to find any with just the mount and no shocks.

second: I also was looking at replacing all the shocks with the skyjacker M95 shocks, anyone have experiences with them good or bad?
