Crank no start and more

I have a bone stock 2007 f250 6.0 power stroke , first issues started with crank no start when warm would start after the temp fell below 100 degrees ( coolant temp). So I replaced the IPR, stc , and the hpop. Now it will start but will not start still when warm but now when I hit the gas at about 2000 Rpms the engine bogs down, it doesn't die completely but it will not rev past 2000 rooms any ideas, no other mods have been done
