Urgent help needed

I've got an f250 with problems. Build date 08/03. Two main problems here. One was #4 injector solenoid nut backed off the bolt and ruined the injector. So I got that injector replaced and I test drove this thing approx 100 miles and everything is fine. Next day take off on an 80 mile trip and make it 80 miles and all of a sudden slow loss of power and eventually went dead. No start back. Sit a while and it will start back with lots and lots of cranking. It will run approx 5 min and repeat same problem. As of this moment it's seeming to not want to start anymore. Ficm voltages are 48.0 and 11.5 during cranking. Two things I noticed and am not sure of. Sometimes there is no Rpms registering on the gauge during cranking. Also sometimes the oil pressure gauge doesn't register during cranking. It appears that when this happens one works and one doesn't and visa versa. So here I am truck dead and needing help.
