4 new injectors, crank time has trippled

I installed 4 new injectors; 2-4-6-8 because two or three of them were going pretty negative on the contribution test. I had replaced the D-plug & Stand pipes with the upgraded set like 3k miles ago so I re-used them. I cleaned out the injector cups. I followed all torque specs. I also lubed up all the O rings (injectors & stand pipes) with 15w40 before install.

The first crank after the job took a minute for it to fire. It ran quite well, actually ran like a new truck. I spanked it around the block a few times to try and get air out of the lines.

I'm now on my 4th start since the job and it's still cranking really long, like 3x normal. And normal was too long, hence the new injectors. The truck is still running great, lots of power. Assuming this won't correct itself somehow, what should I do? Advice & insight is obviously appreciated.
