I just turned over 40,000 miles on almost exclusively WMO.
I have taken apart and reassembled my "still" three times and have it down not to where it is not quite so messy.
I have had no adverse effects on the truck it's self and I think it runs better than on ULSD. I know it is quieter.
I scored 700 gallons of new in bucket hydraulic oil, some of it was light enough I just poured it in the tank! The rest I have been dumping right into the mixing drum.
Any way, my biggest problem is the up flow drum freezes up in the winter and will not work properly. I have been thinking about using an electric water heater somewhere in the midst, but not sure how to work that in, or if it will be safe.
I figure I have saved almost $8000.00 doing this.
I had to get a new fill hose, so I will post a pic of the latest set up when it is back together.
