OK, I purchased a used transfer flow tank for my 03 Ford off Craigslist. However I purchased a used tank for a dodge! I then found an older TRAX UFS kit on ebay. So BAM, instant transfer flow kit right...wrong. The sending unit and pump were bad.
Transfer flow wanted 275$ for a sending unit. :nono: On their sending unit it was stamped 250ohm. So after a little searching I found a universal sending unit 0-250ohm that I adapted to fit the stock transfer flow plate.
Something that Transfer flow is doing that is different than the "standard" They have reversed their resistance....
Autometer and other aftermarket sending units use 250ohm as empty, they use it as full:sneaky:
Pictures to follow.
