6.9 injection pump question

I have an 86 F250 with a 6.9. I recently rebuilt engine and had it bored .040 over forged pistons and 7.3 rocker assemblies and injectors. I had a ATS turbo on old motor and turned up the pump slightly. Now I have installed a Banks Sidewinder system on pickup and was wondering if a injection pump from a 93 7.3 turbocharged IDI engine would work for a good starting point vs trying to get mine fine tuned in.
