Fan Clutch Wont Disengage

Hey Guy's, this is my first post on a Diesel Forum, I hope you guys can help. Yesterday I had both my alternators and my serpentine belt changed. When I left the shop I noticed that my fan (which normally comes on in the summer time when the engine is over heating) was on. It has been "stuck" on and won't disengage for two days now which is not normal considering that I live in Canada and it's -10 outside right now.

My first thought was to bring it back and get the mechanic to see if he forgot to plug any sensors or wires in. He assured me everything was the same as when I brought it in and that his work is not to be blamed for the fan clutch not disengaging.

Can anyone tell me why it won't disengage and possibly provide me with a way of disengaging it. I have to plow tonight and it is extremely annoying and is burning more fuel that normal.

I re-flashed it hoping it would help but it didn't. I also scanned it and the only code that came up was P1000 which is related to the OBD readiness system scan which is common after disconnecting the batteries.

Someone please help! The howling is so loud I can't even hear myself think in the cab.
