conversion from E4OD to 5 speed... want a free e4od ??

Hello all and thx for your time. after a few search I did not find exact anwser to my questions, if my question his not at the right place on the site please forgive my unfamiliarity, thx for redirecting my trend to the right place. :) so here I ham.

truck:

1993 f-250 4x4
Transmission E4OD
Engine 7.3 diesel naturally aspired ( IDI )

I want the auto out and I wanna 5 speed. In the bush all the time and the standard is more flexible in case of brake down, starter, or batteri ... Anyway, I would like to know, what problems i m gonna run into, while during the conversion??? and when done this conversion, my e4od his for anyone how come and grab it... i m in Niland Ca. thx you transmission guru out there :)

- does not look like any vacuum on this electronic tranny from engine is there ?
-will I have to do anything to the 7.3 IDI at all ?
-his there a plate already there for the hydrolic of the clucth??
-bolt pattern on the casing of the IDI ( I understand i have to get a 5 speed that was on a 4x4 IDI )
- can it be a 5 sp. from a power stoke 7.3 L

oufff anyway, its a big one but... i got lots of time right now!

So I m also looking for a 5 speed... to buy !
