Hpop reservoir oil low

Havnt changed my sig yet.
Working on 2000 F350 xlt cc 7.3L 6 spd

Changed injectors along with uvch and soldered in new external vc harness.
4 to 5 sec strart and stumble when cold.
No start when warmed up.
I put a oring kit in hpop from dieselorings
Also did both ends of the hpo lines.
Did not change non servicable plug.
Cleaned the valley out real good and I'm not getting any oil collecting there

AE shows 500+ on cold start
Warm start only 250 psi
Getting code 1212 and 1211
New ipr = no change
New icp = no change

Back to the basics....checked my oil hmmm little overfull drained some out. Checked hpop reservoir its low. Filled it up.
Got truck started took her for a good 20 mile romping got back checked reservoir its way low.
Where is my internal leak?
I was thinking injector orings since I was in there not long ago but
Buzz test successfull
Contribution test successfull
Where else can I have a leak.

I'm also having a problem with it dying when I have the rpms up around 1500ish and I kick the clutch in she dies. Not sure if its related or not.
I do think I saw a tps code so could have something to do with that.
The pedal doesn't always give me go when I first step down on it
