R&Ring my 7.3

Hello all,
The 7.3 in my 02 decided it had enough at only 178K miles. I found another one, almost identical--02, 174K miles--and I hope to be swapping them around next week. I just hope there are some miles left in it.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any advice, tricks, or things to do/not do to make this go a little easier--besides having someone else do it.
