I've done a bit of research and found many of the suggested upgrades for this trans. Does anybody have a compiled list of suggested upgrades? Expected flywheel hp between 5 and 600. torque over 1000. less than 1200. I plan to rebuild this one myself...
Second question, is a 97 e4od interchangeable with a idi e4od? I'm using the idi sensors from the motor and the oem tcu currently. I'd like to pickup a used 97e4od to rebuild and replace the one in my truck before my new motor trashes it. Torque converter bolt pattern is a non issue. 4 or 6 stud will work with my adapter.
