Remanufactured Engine 6.4

Just bought a 2010 F-250 crew, truck had 89,800 miles I have had it a month and now has 92,300. I was checking the oil and I noticed a sticker on the driverside Valvecover that says Remanufactured Engine....I wish I would have noticed it before I bought the truck. The Dealer never told me anything about it being replaced. This is my first Diesel Truck and just trying to stay ahead of it.

Should I be WORRIED about it being a Reman Engine?
