Hi, everyone. My 2003 6.0 started leaking a few hundred miles ago. It's coming down from rear top of the engine. Majorly on the passenger side, with a little wetness on the driver side. Leak seems to be pretty bad, it's dripping every few seconds after truck is warm.
I've read a lot of posts about bad icp sensor/ipr valves. But with bad of a leak I dont think the truck would start. Plus the icp located more towards the driver side, so I would expect more oil coming down from over there. If that helps icp readings are little funny ~140psi key in engine off~2450psi hot idle. Ipr 28-29% at idle. Truck starts some times takes 5-6 cranks when cold.
Where is it coming from? Hard to tell cause it's all wet HPOP wet from both sides, leak is coming Down the exhaust pipe from high above, leak covering tranny, engine block heater, rear side of valve cover on passanger side, driver side is dry. Looks like it's high pressure leak, cause the way it spreads in engine bay.
