Switching gas to diesel engine f250

I am interested in Switching my 1985 ford f250 that currently has a r.u.g motor to a 6.9 diesel. I found some engines only line for around 800(see link below). i am wondering what parts i would need to swap out in my current motor and what parts i can keep.
