OBDLink SX and Elmscan 5 scan tools

Hi all,
I recently threw P1211 on my 01 Excursion 7.3 and need a tool that I can monitor the ICP and IPR with. I really don't have the money to buy a good diagnostic tool, but am looking at the OBDLink SX and Elmscan 5 scan tools from ScanTool.net. Have any of you guys tried either of those? How do they work and will they display live readings on the ICP and IPR? Any info you have on them would be great!

BTW, if you have any other suggestions for a inexpensive tool that will do what I need, I would love to hear them.
