Hpop replacement sparks mods

Hi everybody. This is my first post. 03 f250 xlt 7.3l cc sb fx4 193000 miles stock. I have to replace my hpop pump and figured now would be a good time to start my mods. I ordered an adrenaline hpop and someone's building me a custom hpo hose with stronger connections to avoid the o rings.

I dont want to spend a fortune, but I will spend to get some good hp/torque increases and to reinforce the reliability/longevity of my truck. Here's my plan:

Afe stage 2 with pro guard 7
Mpr 4" turbo back exhaust with 5" tip (install muffler with baffles facing front or rear?)
And a programmer with digital gauges (maybe edge excite. Or dp tuner)

So with my hpop, intake, exhaust, and chip... does this sound like a good setup? Do I need to do any mods to the transmission or is there any other mods that I would need to do in order to minimize damage to my truck with the mods?
