No Power/Running Rough

I was driving my 2003 7.3 no problems at all. Decided to switch lanes, and got on it. The truck lost power and started running like crap. Sounds crazy but as this happened there was a loud thumping noise that sounded like a compressed air thump with a rhythm. I thought I blew one of the boots for the intercooler piping. Everything looked fine. The thumping went away as I limped home. Now the truck idles rough and has no power as if the turbo is not spooling up. I borrowed my friends computer and went through all the diagnostic tests. Here is what I came up with.

P0278 Cylinder 6 injector Circuit contribution/ balance fault
P0284 Cylinder 8 injector Circuit contribution/ balance fault

Any help would be appreciated
