Dealer damaged my truck

Hey all, just looking for your opinions on this:

I purchased a black 2011 diesel crew cab Superduty 08/31/12 brand new, with an extended warranty. I took my truck to the dealer this week for a warranty paint repair on the roof, check out the hard shifting transmission, replace pealing emblems, and check out the alignment as my tires are wearing VERY unevenly. (They also said they would "detail" my truck while it was there) All problems I should not be having after owning a brand new vehicle for only 9 months. This is a truck that does NOT do hard work, just gets me where I need to go and occasionally pulls my boat to the river 15 minutes from my house. The dealer had my truck for 4 days and called to let me know it was done. When I went to pick up the truck, it was dirtier than when I took it in, COVERED in scratches, and had small dent in the bedside. It looks like someone wiped down the truck with a dirty rag - EVERY body panel has scratches. Then there are MAJOR scratches on the front/back doors that look like someone was standing on the running boards, leaning against the truck, and rubbing their belt/pants against it (i'm assuming while they were painting the roof). This is an expensive, new, black, previously flawless truck that I had a lot of pride in and took a lot of care to keep it looking new. As it was Saturday the service manager was not available so I refused to pick up the truck and left it at the dealer for them to see on Monday.

What would you do if this was your truck? What do you think I should ask the dealer to do?
