hey guys new here, I have searched for a good bit now and cant seem to find exactly what i'm looking for. I need to know the bumper height front and rear on a 2003 f350 4x4. I was looking for a full specs sheet or something. i'm looking at a used truck with 38" tires and a lift but I live in Maryland and to pass inspection the bumper cant be above 28 inches where it mounts to the frame. (pretty sure this truck wont pass) just want an idea of the stock height so I can figure out how high I can go. Thank you
