Loss of power, white smoke, pics of my injectors... what happened?

Hopefully this thread can help someone else having the same issue. Lase week I lost power and started blowing blueish/white smoke while towing my travel trailer over Snoqualmie Pass. Three months ago I replaced the GP's and Injector O-rings, and the truck ran fine for about two months. Started having hard starts with lots of smoke about a month ago, found GPR was bad and replaced with a Stancor, and the problem was fixed. The last week the power loss issue and huge amounts of smoke all the time. Engine sounds like it's missing. I found oil in the DP and Turbo exaust. I pulled the injectors, take a look. The #5, #3, and #1 are charred black at th tips, and the orange o-rings are charred black in color as well. Clearly, something is blowing by the o-rings, most likely oil, or combustion gases. Here's a pic of the #1 injector, with a chip out of the orange o-ring, which is now black in color.



Last pick of the four injectors from the passenger side. Three of the four are charred, and their brass washers are fouled, deformed, and separated from the injector.




My thoughts are somehow I didn't fully seat these three injectors, allowing combustion gases to blow by, and eventually cause power loss, white smoke, and oil in my exaust. Looking for your opinions prior to reinstalling. I want to upgrade to Stage 1's, but don't want to install until I have a good idea what's going on here.
