My 08F-350 is doing well, Aside from some minor oil leaks and the "old" mpg issue that is the trucks is doing well. I've had my truck serviced by a certified Ford Dealer in the area 4 times since I have owned it and at intervals of approx. every 7500 miles, last one being just under 40k miles. Both fuel and oil filters have been changed every service, but the one thing they did recommend is a Coolant Flush. They stated that "the coolant is a little low and discolored". So, it sparked and interest in the forums about coolant, and well shame on me for not doing my "do-diligence" and had no idea that I need coolant Nitrite checks every so-often..:headbang: My first ? is, Where do I get these strips to check my coolant nitrite levels and second, will this void any coolant related warranties I have for not doing my part? :SM030:
