I have had this right turn squeak for a couple months now. I don't drive the truck much, and when I do, any right turn makes the loudest squeal/squeak. You can hear it a block away.
I thought it was a brake, but there was plenty of brake left (over 1/2 a pad) and finally tonight I started tearing it apart. Found the rotor pretty chewed up, hopefully it can be turned, but I might need a new one. :(
When I saw the whole axle flopped around I kept tearing and found this hub/bearing assembly kind of loose

I assume there is a bearing inside this piece that has seen better days. Can I replace the part, do I have to buy a whole new assembly, I am not sure what I have going on, other than it isn't good. Wish I was a better mechanic.
Truck is a F250 1999 Superduty, Powerstroke. The only modification is a right turn squeak to die for
Thanks for any help/guidance. its fishing season and I want my boat puller back soon
