After years of me putting power steering fluid in my power steering pump, my truck had enough. Spewed out all the nasty brown stuff and made ungodly noises. Came on here, found out I am supposed to use ATF Type F fluid in there. Flushed system, topped off and bled. Steering works great now, with no noises or leaks. While trouble shooting the leak, I pressure washed my engine. Not sure if that is relevant. Truck now makes this squeaking noise. Not at idle, only under load or high idle. I can't seem to pinpoint where it is coming from, but alternator is sounding like the culprit. Alternator was replaced 3-4 years ago. There is no issues with the truck other than this noise. Help figuring out how to pinpoint this is greatly appreciated!
