Transmission Temperature - When to be Concerned?

2004 F250 in signature. I live in Las Vegas and it has been hotter than heck here (108 - 112*). I'm not towing, but have noticed by tranny temp getting close to 180* when 165* is the normal.

When should I be concerned and what should I check?
