Mix Fleetcharge with regular antifreeze?

So I'm redoing the water pump on my 6.9 and having trouble with the block drains. I read a paper yesterday by Fleetcharge that says basically you should be able to mix coolants and not have any problems. Since the 6.9 is fairly resistant to cavitation anyway from what I've read, and also considering that Fleetcharge is saying I can mix the stuff I got from them, which specifically is the Fleetcharge 50/50 premix Fully formulated SCA-precharged kind. Would it then stand to reason I should be able to add the Fleet Charge along with whatever is left of regular green 50/50 in the block and be ok? Just not quite as protected as if I had done a full flush? I noted on the bottle for the Fleet charge that is meets a ton of requirements, 1 or 2 of which I'm pretty sure are the same as specified for the 6.9, ie ASTM D 4656.

*sorry for posting again so soon in a diff thread, but I figured this was a good enough question that I've read about here but not specifically on this particular question. Thanks all.

(I also kind of figured that since too much SCA can potentially harm the solder joints, that mixing might actually be a wise decision? Although I don't really definitely know.)
