trailer 7way connector lost power

I run a 40ft gooseneck and hooked up this morning and no power to charge battery for electric trailer brakes. Thought I would deal with it tonight but the trailer brakes dont work either now. All the lights work, brake, tail, etc. But no brakes. Checked what fuses I could identify with owners manual, all good. Did not pull the relay for it.

Has aftermarket brake module. Disconnected and connected it and at all 3 connections for extended wire harness. Found charging wire on trailer side rubbed into. Figure that probably is what popped a fuse. But cant find it.
