Banks truck kit on a van?

So I'm thinking about putting a Banks Sidewinder kit on my E350. Banks use to list a kit specifically for the vans. It looks like it had different turbo to intake plenum and a different air filter set-up. Does anyone have or know if a truck kit will fit?
My only concern would be the clearance of the truck air filter. Anything else?

I'll call Banks tomorrow and see what they say but figured I'd ask.
