Continental Tire Problem

Have been having to air up one of my tires at ever shorter intervals so got out my trusty air leak indicator (spray bottle of soap mixture) and checked the tire. Surprised to find not one but NINE slow leaks. Anybody had any luck with warranty replacement on these tires? Continental Contitrac with 30K on them. Other three tires are holding air.
