Weird steering problem

Over the last month ive done some front end work. Bearings, races, rotors, pads, ball joints, moog tie rods and drag link, redhead steering box with new hoses, all new leaf and shackle bushings, all poly, and four new 315/75/16 nitto a/t tires.

Truck rides so much better, mainly no more vibrations or pullin to other lanes, its just back to the lifted obs huck a buck on the freeway like it was 15 years ago when i lifted it. Drives straight with no pulling.

Heres the problem, when i turn right, the truck will straighten out and go straight, but the wheel will sit at about 2 oclock, same with turning left, the tires will return to center but the wheel will now sit at 10 o clock. Has a new pitman arm and steering box is new, so all the splines are good even pulled the steering wheel off, looks good too.

Ive had the truck to two lifted shops and two alignment shops, both have no idea what is going on. I went to a well known alignment shop today and they said it is the new poly bushings in the shackle, so then i go to the spring shop and they say no possible way, its that the toe is slightly out, so i go back and get the toe set, didnt help.

One thing that does help, if i twist the tie rods in opposite directions and clamp the adjuster, its helps a little bit, but that leaves no room for movement, i dont wanna snap a tie rod at 75 on the freeway, ive watched from the front and the tie rods and drag link do roll when the wheel turns, that normal for new parts?

Hopefully someone has had the same problem and has a fix. Thx

O also, this problem began after the tie rods, steering box, leaf and shackle bushings were installed
