B5-20% biomassed fuel. Had to put it in the tank. How bad is it?

So out with the family to Chicago and on the trip up had to stop for fuel. Only saw the b5-20% ultra low sulphur fuel. I tried 4 different truck stops. What gives with this hippy nation. Can I run #2 fuel or what are my options. How bad is it that I put that green crap in my tank.

I put additive in it but still to my knowledge we aren't supposed to run the biomassed based fuels. Correct?
