127000 miles filled tank added howes treatment drove about 40 miles. next day started truck check engine came on. dealer checked said fuel sending unit. cleared code. drove truck about 30 miles going up hill noticed like low power looked at side mirror noticed some black smoke. drove in some traffic slow speed around town all good, got on highway open it up 90mph all good. getting closer to home i have about a 3/4 mile hill stopped truck and stepped in it made it to top no smoke good power slowed down to 30 mph went about 1/4 mile the wrench light came on. made it home looked around motor nothing noticed. let motor cool down started truck wrench light cleared, what would bring the wrench light in and not the check engine?all stock very well maintained oil,fuel always changed, had driver side injectors changed approx 5000miles ago.fuel pump
