2001 - switch paddle mirrors to towing mirrors easy?

I would like to change the power paddle mirrors on my F-350 over to towing mirrors. A few questions:

1 - is it easy? Seems like you just pop off the triangle plastic trim piece on the inside of the door off, and the bolts should be right there....

2 - are the towing mirrors power? Heated? Will the existing electrical connections work?

3 - Do towing mirrors fold in?
