My starting relay just melted. I swapped a 86 6.9 into My 73 highboy, I tried using the old relay from the 390 fe it kept getting smoking hot and so I got a new starting relay for an 86 plugged it in the way I had the other one done up. This one stayed cool to the touch but just melted the terminal right off.
Does anyone know how to wire this damn thing. I don't do ANY electronics. ANY. So if you could dumb it way way way down for me I'd love you forever. Or like draw me a picture? There's a little S and I on the top of it and I don't have anything connected to those. Don't know if that's a problem or what. But yea. That's where I'm at. :no:
