I have a 1999 f250 powerstroke, just tonight, drove home 30miles, did a few chores, and all was well, until I was parking, and found that i no longer have drive in "D" or "2". It seemed to try a little, then nothing.
I still have limited movement in "1" and reverse, but that's it.
As is normal with me, I suspect I will end up having to have a new trans, coz I'm lucky like that! Does anyone want to hazzard a guess as to how much this may cost in Phoenix AZ? Happy to do main dealer if not too much more expensive. Has anyone any opinions on AAMCO as they have a place just around the corner.
Any opinions or help greatly accepted.
