I need some help...white smoke

I finally need some help on a 6.0. 2006 model year, 85,000 miles. It is the farm truck in my signature down below.

Noticed some white smoke on start up this morning and when accelerating. I have not checked the coolant level yet. Sounds like it may be the EGR cooler ?

What symptoms should I be looking for ?

Any quick ways to pinpoint the problem ?

If it is the EGR cooler what are my options as far as replacement or delete kits ?

What all should I be looking at doing ? Truck is stock and has had a few injectors and FICM replaced a couple times since new.

I am not near as well versed in the 6.0 as I am in the old 7.3's so I need some advice.
