Front Coil Springs for 2001 E350 7.3

Has anyone found a variable rate spring (progressive)spring for this model?

I'm concerned that the Heavy Duty springs will ride too stiff or hard for just pleasure driving w/o loads. Would it be best to stay with OE springs?

Any recommendations?
